A tax preparation business in Georgia was fined more than $12,000 on March 31, 2009 by a Judge in Hall County Court for in excess of 125 violations of a temporary restraining order.  Spencer Fane lawyer David Kight argued the motion for H&R Block, the plaintiff in the case.  Ultimately, the Judge found the competitor in contempt and ordered it to pay H&R Block $12,500 by Friday, April 3rd or risk being put in jail.  A report on the case in the Gainesville newspaper is available at:   http://www.gainesvilletimes.com/news/article/16869/
