Lessons Learned and Review and Revision of Your Agreement
At the conclusion of the case, we encourage our clients to sit down with us to review the process and see if any “lessons learned” can be taken from the experience. It may be that the your agreement should be modified with respect to existing employees. Or, you may wish to change your policies and procedures for implementing your agreements.
