Jennifer Chierek is an associate practicing in Spencer Fane’s Labor & Employment Group, as well as its Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. Jennifer has significant experience representing employers in a variety of disputes, including litigation involving restrictive covenants and non-compete agreements.

Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law. There, she was the Manager Editor of the Missouri Law Review and a member of the University of Missouri-Columbia’s Regional Mock Trial and Moot Court teams. Jennifer was the recipient of numerous awards, including the Thomas E. McCarthy Award in Labor Law, the National Moot Court Prize, and induction into the Order of the Barristers, a national organization recognizing excellence in courtroom advocacy. Prior to joining Spencer Fane, Jennifer was a law clerk for the Honorable Mary R. Russell, Supreme Court of Missouri.

Jennifer is admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois. Jennifer is a member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Women Lawyers’ Association of Greater St. Louis.
