Frank is a partner in the St. Louis office of Spencer Fane and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Group, as well as its Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. Frank’s practice focuses on assisting employers with the broad array of labor and employment law issues that arise in the workplace. Among other things, Frank provides counsel on employment agreements, including non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality restrictions. Frank has a wealth of experience in resolving disputes over these issues. Our clients benefit from his responsiveness, keen awareness of the business objectives, and ability to find practical solutions.

Frank graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, spent a year as a visiting student at the University of Chicago Law School, and earned Order of the Coif honors. Frank received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in finance.

Frank is admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois and before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals of the Eighth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois. He is a member of the American Bar Association, including its Section of Labor and Employment and its Section of Litigation.

Frank serves on the Board of Directors of Progressive Youth Connection, a non-profit agency promoting positive development of youths through violence-prevention and character-education programs.
